The Administrative Office of the Courts is soliciting proposals for offers. The successful bidders will provide spoken interpreting services in Spanish to the New Mexico State Courts. This proposal is for Spanish Certified Court Interpreters and Spanish Justice System Interpreters ONLY.
- Interpreters who responded to the RFP issued in 2015 do not need to re-submit proposals.
- Interpreters who did not respond to the RFP issued in 2015 and wish to work or continue working with the NM State Courts must submit a proposal this year. See details below.
Proposals must be received at the Administrative Office of the Courts by May 8, 2017, 3:00 pm MST. No exceptions.
A copy of the RFP packet is available in the Contracts folder below. To receive the RFP packet, you can also contact Paula Couselo-Findikoglu at (505) 827-4853. RFP packets will not be faxed.
The Procurement Code, NMSA 1978, 13-1-28 to -199, imposes civil and criminal penalties for violations. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities and kickbacks.
