New Mexico's courts are accessible to all residents, including those who speak limited English and those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.
If you or someone in your community speak limited English, are deaf, or are hard-of-hearing, the courts are able to serve you. Services include courtroom interpreters; bilingual staff specially trained to assist outside of the courtroom (Language Access Specialists); language identification tools; telephone services in 175 languages; online resources; written materials in other languages, and assistive listening devices for the hard-of-hearing, all provided free of charge.
