“Language Access is Everyone’s Business”

The Administrative Office of the Courts Memorandum, Providing Interpreters for Court-Ordered Programs, Services or Events, clarifies when it is the responsibility of the court to provide language access and when it is the responsibility of the agency/contractor/service provider.
